How the Trial Bench Works

We are selective by design. We do not take every case that comes in the door. We take the cases where the facts are clear, the law applies, and a Texas jury will recognize the wrong. Then we prepare every one of those cases as if it will be tried.

Talk With Us

Tell us what happened.

Workplace retaliation, whistleblower disclosures, and serious workplace harms deserve careful evaluation. The case evaluation form is the most thorough way to start. Submitted forms are typically reviewed within one business day by a senior attorney.

Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any future matter. Every case is different, and outcomes depend on the specific facts and applicable law. Statements about verdicts, settlements, and recoveries reflect the specific cases referenced and should not be taken as predictions about other matters.
